1. Returns

• You have 10 days from the date of receipt to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
• Certain items, such as [list non-returnable items, e.g., perishable goods, custom products, etc.], are not eligible for returns.

2. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will automatically be credited to your original payment method within 7 working days.

3. Exchanges

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at +91-9238-904192.

4. Shipping

• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs, which are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving the wrong or defective item).
